Modere SMS 2021

This project was an interesting challenge right from the RFP process. The client was happy with their production team and they were simply looking for different ideas and a unique approach when they invited Merestone to do a site inspection in Spring of 2021. There was a narrow window to win the business away – the tricky part was that their current production team was at the same site inspection. 

I received details from my Producer and together, we researched our client, scoping out their website, social media, and third-party vendors. We discovered images of previous events scattered on different blogs (and surprisingly not on social media). It gave us a baseline. From there, we could estimate where their resources were being allocated.

While comparing events from their competitors, it became clear Modere was trailing in terms of production quality and marketing opportunities. Visually, the previous events looked too similar. There wasn’t a focal point to rally attendees, build excitement and carry over to social media. The value needed to be present for their attendees to return – and bring in new potential business owners when they did — which is the lifeblood of MLMs.
